Notes

add sweet orange peel with 15 minutes left in boil. Add the honey at flameout.

I brewed this today and it smells fantastic. Sampled as i was checking the OG, (1.058 by the way) and has really good flavor. You can really smell the sweet orange peel when your boiling. Will post in a couple weeks or so when it is ready for kegging and drinking. Cheers!!!!

Final Result

dried out to 1.007 and wow...my wife doesn't like any beer besides bud light and she has drank quite a few now, but with a orange slice in it of course. Really good beer with hints of banana, honey and a little hop flavor. Perfect for anytime beer especially summer. The orange i pry will double next time but still very tasty. Force carbed to 2.8 vol. Perfect for the style. Enjoy
