  • 1.1 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

  • 1.0 oz Orange Peel (dried) - last 5 minutes-sweet peel (omitted from calculations)

This beer turned out spot on! Very clean and easy to drink even though it's 6.82% ABV. Slight hint of orange very smooth tasting beer. This will for sure be a keeper.
