Single infusion mash with 5 gal water for 60min at 156 degrees. Sparge with another 5 gal of water at 175 degrees, collect 6.5 gal wort and boil 1 hour.

Smooth and rich!

A nice rich chocolate and raisin flavor. Finishes smooth with a mild earthy hop character.
