Summary : Another batch to consume old hops in my freezer. The Citra hop is new, but all other hops are old, products of 2008. AA's of these old hops are supposed to be significantly lower than the default values of BeerTool.

1/12 tsp of campden powder is added to the water before mashing and sparging. 1/2 tsp of gypsum is added at mash-in.

1-step mashing with a mush-out. Mashed for 90 min. at 67C.

Boiling time was shortend to 75 min. to adjust for the bigger boiling tun (45 litters).

Brewed on 10/1/12. The OG was 1.070.
