It's done?

Post by Radler »

Probably splitting hairs here but I have a Kolsch here that I had planned on bottling because it's been in secondary for quite a while (7 weeks) but I checked the gravity and it's still at 1.017, the projected FG was 1.014. Am I being to precise, should I just bottle the stuff. The OG was 1.053 (I know, a little high for a Kolsch). Used Wyeast Kolsch.

Make sure the beer is at fermenting temperature and check the gravity 3 to 5 days apart. If there's no change, you should be ok to bottle.
