First Time a Brewing

OK i need some tips on brewing, its my first time im about to start, but i need some help. Im thiking of making a sort of chocolat or like coco beer just for fun so i went in the beertools generator but i dont know the differences between malts and grains i dont know what does what what affects the taste etc. and also the tutorial is a little confusing, and i dont exacly know where i can get some of the things like the airlock. thanks for the help

newbie needs help

whoa hold on there ,slow down .
Welcome to the hop vine. not to be insulting but it would be wise to learn the basics before you start to develop recipees. #1 clean clean clean,#2 plan plan #3 enjoy . go to good equipment source and get a basic starter kit with ingrediants for a basic beer and start there. This will get you some experiance to see whats possible. Try morebeer.com or northernbrewer.com
both are good and it will help to see the equipment to understand its use.
