The brewing Network Show- 12/4/05

Post by fstbttms »

Hey kids,
The Brewing Network Show is back after taking a week off for Thanksgiving. This week on the show we will be interviewing Titletown Brewing Co.'s Brewmaster Eric Watson. Titletown Brewing is in Green Bay, Wisconsin and Eric will be joining us by phone. The discussion this week will be about mashing and mash temps, Eric and Brewcaster Jon will be sure to get into partial mashing as well, which is a great step between extract and all grain brewing.

The official tasting this week will be King Cobra Malt Liquor. Ahh, yeah, baby, it's all good in th' hood! We thought it would be fun to evaluate the flavor profile of this old fave. So pick up a forty to sample along with us and don't forget the paper bag!

The show airs Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (Monday, 0100 UTC). The beer tasting is at 6:00 p.m. Go to:

http://www.thebrewingnetwork.com

and click on the "Listen" button. Drop into the chatroom during the show for real-time interaction with dozens of other homebrewers and to ask questions of the Brewcasters and Eric. As always, The Brewing Network Show is live, commercial-free, funny and informative.

If you have any pre-questions to ask of the Brewcasters or guest, send them to justin@thebrewingnetwork.com or post them under the "Beer Radio" topic in The Brewing Network Forum. And don't forget Justin's Blues and Brews Show, which airs Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. (Sunday, 1900 UTC).
