Search feature

Would it be possible to beef up the search feature so that a user can enter a search phrase? Perhaps this is possible and I don't know the trick, but when I searched for "batch sparge" (with and w/o quotation marks), I was returned all posts with batch and sparge. These are two very common words on this site! The search should have just returned posts with the phrase "batch sparge" instead. Funny thing is that I ended up using the classic forum search and was returned the exact post I was looking for in the top five of the search list, whereas i couldn't find it at all with the new forum search.

I am not yet familiar with how this forum performs searches but I will take a look at the code. I have a feeling that there might not be much I can do because of how I suspect that words are indexed by the forum software. It searches very quickly where the old forum would pretty much choke when searching; but the new forum may not be as flexible. Thanks for the observation.
