It feels good to be back

Post by Sven »

After a lengthy hiatus of converting to an all-grain brewing system I'm finally back-up and brewing (and keeping up with this forum). This past President's Day myself and asst. brewer Push Eject made a Belgian Saison that is STILL fermenting madly (cannot keep the temperature high enough to please the yeast, so they are working at half-speed). So far it smells, looks, and tastes amazing. I love all-grain.

Wait till you taste it,guaranteed, you'll never be able to go back, and all of a sudden even your most favourite commercial beer will seem somewhat lacking in flavour. This is it for the rest of your life now!

Welcome to the AG crowd, Sven. This is it for the rest of your life now--you've joined the leagues of us who have MGD (mad grain disease) :-)
