NO SUPERMARKET FLAKES

Post by scruz »

No Supermarket cornflakes! flaked corn and cornflakes are very different. the flaked corn that you will need is best purchased at a homebrew shop. it is corn that is milled out to be flat flakes of yellow corn. super market cornflakes have been baked. i would try the home brew shop and compare what you see at the health food store. they may be similar, but i have never purchased or seen anything at the health food store similar. try the brew shop first. good luck. ps. in the oberon recipe
