an introduction

Hi, my name is Jeff (screen name sarge) and I am preparing to brew my first beer. Just joined the forum today and have posted what I am looking to brew and what I have to start with. I work at the Samuel Adams brewery here in Pennsylvania, but have little knowledge of the brewing process. I work in packaging production either filling the bottles or labeling the bottles.

I received a complete homebrew kit and would like to brew a Christmas/holiday ale for the family. I am hoping to get some feedback and assistance from you guys. I am planning to brew it this Sunday.

Here's hoping my first brew is successful.

Hi Jeff, welcome to the hobby. You should check out the Lehigh Valley Homebrewers club.

PM me for details. Plenty of people to help you out.
