Bulk Ingredients
I am going to be purchasing some bulk ingredients. What are some ingredients that I may purchase in bulk that would be useful in many different recipes? I like amber ales, wheats, and IPA's. Any suggestions on typical malt types, hop types? Thanks!!!

2-Row Base Malt and Hops are the only thing I buy in bulk.

A 55# bag of Pale 2-row is a great place to start, and could be used for all those beers you list, even if it wouldn't be as ideal as Pilsner Malt for a Weizen.
Hops are going to depend on what recipes you make, but something like Centennial or Amarillo are good all purpose hops if you like American-style Ambers and IPAs. A germanic hop, like Hallertauer, or one of the similar American hops, like Liberty or Mt. Hood, would be better for wheats. Another option is a neutral bittering hop, like Magnum. Then you can get smaller quantities of more specialized flavoring and aroma hops as you need them for particular recipes.
