Hi,
Just started to get a pop-up window message
"I couldn't save the Recent Items menu"
Not sure if this is related to OSX 10.6.1

We managed to fix this issue by removing the ~/Library/Preferences/BeerTools Pro folder altogether. BTP creates a new one when it starts up. No idea why this fix works

Jeff,
I'm stil getting this error message when closing btp on my macbook running 10.6.1
I looked for the preferences folder and there does appear to be one, maybe this is causing my problem? Even once I restart the folder is still no where to be found.

In which Preferences folder are you looking? /Library/Preferences or /Users/<you>/Library/Preferences?
