Brewing Pod Cast

Post by river water brewing »

Can anyone recommend a good pod cast that focuses on good technical aspects of brewing? I have found some on itunes but they seem very very basic and they seem to get very sidetracked away from the brewing topics.

I just discovered The Jamil Show on iTunes pod cast. I'm sure everyone already knows about it... I seem to discover this sort of stuff a little late. Anyway, the show is really good at picking different styles of beer or different brands and explaining how one might go about cloning or at least producing a good copy. They cover a wide range of subjects as well. Good listening. :)
