Brewing Pod Cast

Postby river water brewing » Wed Oct 07, 2009 5:13 pm

Can anyone recommend a good pod cast that focuses on good technical aspects of brewing? I have found some on itunes but they seem very very basic and they seem to get very sidetracked away from the brewing topics.

Brew Strong is great and also check out The Jamil Show and The Sunday Session. These are all on itunes. Tons of info.

I just discovered The Jamil Show on iTunes pod cast. I'm sure everyone already knows about it... I seem to discover this sort of stuff a little late. Anyway, the show is really good at picking different styles of beer or different brands and explaining how one might go about cloning or at least producing a good copy. They cover a wide range of subjects as well. Good listening. :)
