looking for feedback on Pepo Ale I

Post by bredmakr »

Anyone care to comment on my recent recipe for a pumpkin ale 'Pepo Ale I'. I'll be ordering the ingredients soon so if anyone wants to contribute I welcome the input.

I looked on the site's recipe database, but I couldn't find it under the name 'Pepo Ale I'. Is it listed elsewhere ?

Great Pumpkin Brew Afoot....

Looks like an interesting beer ! I particularly like your inclusion of the Honey malt which makes a great paring with Marris Otter.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. This will be a double first brew. My first pumpkin ale and my first 10 gallon boil with the new kettle. I'll let you know in a few weeks how it turns out.
