Has anyone ever seen a recipe for this beer? can a homebrewer do "open" fermentation?

I have to agree with your thoughts on Sierra Nevada Kellerweis.

I'm not a big Wheat beer drinker and my wife is not a big beer drinker at all (more for me) but this is an outstanding brew!!!
