Fruit juice in beer
Hi. Did anyone ever tried brewing a fruit beer with juice concentrate; like mccain's rasberry frozen can of juice? What quantity for a 6 gallons batch of wheat beer?
Thanks

I would suggest using real fruit if you want the best flavor.
Most people usually do a lb. of fruit per gallon. Now, in my opinion, wheat beers are to light in flavor to be using that much. I use a pound or two for 5 gallons. It all depends on what fruit your using though. In my kiwi wit, I used 3.5lbs because kiwi isn't really an overpowering fruit.
Raspberry is a very strong flavor though, so I'd be careful with it.
