Fermentables/Grist = Flaked Barley
I noticed when using Flaked Barley in a recipe, the grist pounds does not change when I increase/decrease this ingredient. But the fermentable pounds does change.
Is there a reason for this? If the grist pounds does not adjust, doesn't this make the grist/water ratio incorrect?
