malzbier recipe?

Looking for a recipe for called "malzbier", which some say is not a beer but an energy drink. It is a low Alcohol (<1%), high malt and high suggar black beer.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had never heard of malzbier before, so out of curiosity I looked it up to see what it was. This is the only recipe I ran across. Hope this helps.
