Can't Open BeerTools Pro 1.5

I just downloaded the Mac version of BTP 1.5 to update my earlier version and then moved it to my Applications folder. When I try to open the program I get the following error message:

"A problem occurred (6). The application may be unstable. Do you want to continue."

If I hit "Continue" nothing happens. If I hit "Quit" I get the following error message:

"An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled. The application must shut down."

What gives? Thanks.

I would like to thank Jeff for working with me through multiple emails to get my problem fixed. It took awhile but he stayed in frequent touch suggesting different things to try until he was able to zero in on the problem. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
