BTP 1.5 Ingredient DB

The ingredient description is displayed on one line and disappears off the right hand side of the monitor. How do I view all of it and the accompanying technical info?

The best way is to keep the Window->Info panel open while browsing the database. I like to keep mine on the right side next to the main recipe window.
