This is my 1st brew. I need a primary temp for fermentation and a secondary fermentation temp for a Blonde Ale. It is in the library as DR Dood's Maize and Blue Dutch Blonde Ale. Using WYeast 1007 German Ale Yeast.
Thanks

1007 temp
I like 1007 close to 60-62°F. I made a cream ale with 1007 that I fermented starting at 58°F, allowing it to warm to 62°F as fermentation just started to slow. I was very happy with the results. It was very clean.
