Belgian Dark Grand Reserve Force Carbonation vs. Bottle cond
Im brewing a Belgian Dark Strong Grand Reserve. I will secondary for another 4 weeks.
Primary 7/28/08
Secondary 8/18/08
OG=1.106
FG=1.013
My options are to bulk prime bottle and age until Xmas, or maintain secondary longer and bottle with force carbonation and a beer gun.
Can I expect good aging with A force carbonated beer of this nature vs bottle condition? Up to this point I have done limited bottling due to the variability. Nearly everything has been kegged.
What is the consensus on the Beer Gun?

Personally all my lagers and "christmas" / "specialty" treats are placed into 3 gallon kegs, and kept under 9 psi co2.....
If you have kegs, than I'd transfer 2, and hold under a co2 charge till christmas.....
my 2 cent's
