Initial cleaning of a newly build system

Hi All,
I'm almost done building my brew system and need some advice on what to use to clean the system of flux from soldering and manufacturing crud in copper lines and coil. Thanks.

I would run vineger water through it a few times and let it sit. That should do it. Make sure you run a brush through every part you can get to before and then rinse.
