Dried Coopers Yeast

Post by Raydownunder »

I should imagine you have all seen the new Coopers range of the Brewmasters Series. The yeasts in this series have a good (or best) quality DCL yeasts and should not be mistaken as the current yeast used in the old kits. The Wheat beer even hase a wheat ale yeast. I know they are a bit late to bring this series out but I can tell you the yeast are good.

Good for beginers

I have been using the yeast now almost exclusively for my ales with really great beer as the result. It is cheap, easy to use and for me, really easy to get as it is the only yeast the (wine-making) shop here in town sells for brewing. I recommend it for anyone new to brewing who wants to just take one step at a time learning.
