Pale Chocolate Sub?

West Coast Red on the brew schedule for tomorrow. Recipe calls for 3 oz pale chocolate malt (200L). Suggestions for sub?

Coffee malt? (~ 100L)?

3 oz Chocolate malt(~350L)?

3 oz is not very much.I would go with the 350L.

Try it and see how it turns out. :)

Try half of the quantity of chololate malt. And/or maybe some Biscuit?
