Hi All,
Just purchased BeerTools Pro and GOLD membership and really enjoy the recipe database. Have been using ProMash for the last couple of years. I brew all grain and expect that BTP will be very useful for me. I've been using the program for a few days now and I have some questions:
1. Tried importing a beerxml file, and although the recipe ingredients came in fine, the schedule, water analysis, and equipment data did not import. Doesn't BTP fully support the beerxml v1.0 standard? If not, will this be fixed in version 1.1 ?
2. Also, will version 1.1 have beerxml export?
3. When is version 1.1 coming out?
BTP looks like a great program, now I need to get on to learning it.
Thanks
Tony

Re: New User and questions
Currently BeerTools Pro only imports ingredient data from BeerXML files. Incompatibilities with how BTP and other programs handle mashing schedules and equipment prevents other data from being used when importing.tgioiosa wrote:1. BeerXML export is planned but will not be a version 1.1 feature.tgioiosa wrote:2. Also, will version 1.1 have beerxml export?
We are trying for a 1st quarter 2008 release.tgioiosa wrote:3. When is version 1.1 coming out?
