Wait then re-pitch
I would watch it until Tuesday or even Wednesday
evening. Check your temperature, it may be too
cold. If you have no activity start some new yeast
and re-pitch.
I had this happen once with dry yeast. I assume
that the yeast was bad. I made a small bit of wort
with a 1/2 cup or so of DME and a small pan of water.
Then I re-hydrated some yeast being careful to boil
and cool the water to proper temperature. I put the
re-hydrated yeast into the small ammount of wort
and watched for action. It started to work in about
an hour or so. I pitched this into my original
wort and everything turned out fine.
Surfing for information I have found a few reasons
that yeast will not start working. All the sites
advise making a starter to grow a large healthy
batch of yeast to pitch. I have been saving almost
all of the yeast from my secondary to use in succeeding
batches. (thanks maltvault for that advice)
It keeps pretty well for a while in the fridge
in a pickle jar. I have between 8 to 10 ounces
to pitch each time this way.

Is it tight
Some yeast is more sensitive..it will wait until the perfect conditions (such as temperature and peak chemical reaction) are taking place. You might also want to make sure that if you are using a bucket that it is tighly sealed. But I imagine by now the yeast activity has started.
