Wheat beer recipe ideas??

My next batch of brew is going to be a wheat beer for the summer monthes. Any ideas for a nice recipe would be appreciated. Also when is it best to add a fruit extract? In secondary? Before bottling while priming?Just wondering. Thanks.

are you planning an extract or all grain brew. I have an extract recipe using weyermans wheat malt, that has always been outstanding if your looking for a more Bavarian flavor profile and less American in nature.
btw, I have used real fruit and extracts to flavor my wheat recipes at one time or another., I have had better results (more subtle flavors) using real fruit in the secondary than using extracts but it does reuire a lot more work for just a little better beer IMO!
