1. how do i save mash schedules as presets so I can use them on other recipies
2. where to I find the pre-boil OG, so I can tell if I hit my efficiency or not?

1. As cj suggest just enter all your data and save as default. You should also enter the specs for your equipment and any ingredients (clarifiers, yeast nutrient, etc.) that you regularly use.lucas wrote:2 (hopefully simple) questions
