The items I promised are forth coming...

I know that I have not delivered 2 items requested of me:
1) Zima specifics
2) Refractometer corrections
The reason that I haven't come through yet is the same for both items... I left the folder containing both of these items in my hotel room in Cleveland after I left the Institute for Brewing Studies Craft Brewers Conference ! The hotel said they are sending it back, so as soon as I get it, I'll post them !
