Yes More Beer's Ultralight Extract. As for the recipe, it's my own.

BeerTools Pro makes an adjustment to the mash efficiency when an OG is entered. Since the recipe is an extract recipe, there are no ingredients that depend on efficiency for the extract they contribute.

With an extract recipe, if the OG is predicted wrong, then the final volume has been measured incorrectly, or the specifications for the ingredients are inaccurate. If BTP predicted 1.109 and you got 1.090, something is very wrong and I suspect that the final volume is much higher than what is entered in BTP. If the final volume is 5.5, changing it to around 6.7 will result in a closer OG.

However, if you think the final volume is correct, then the specs on the malt need to be adjusted. When editing the extract, does the "Potential Extract" box have a value around 34-36?
