Summertime Brews
After finishing my first batch, a brown ale, I'm starting to think what to brew next. Since summer is coming up, I was looking for some suggestions for a good brew. Right now I'm thinking about going with a cream ale.

here is the brew I make up for summer time. It is a 6gal batch so you may want to back off the amount of malt to keep the al round 3% for a 5gal batch.

I just tasted a British dark Mild I brewed this month -- It's a beauty, and would be a highly refreshing summertime ale. Classic Mild style, with low alcohol, but a good bit of character from some roasted grains and a hint of British hops on top.
Very clean and fresh, yet dark. See the recipe at http://beertools.com/html/recipe.php?view=6293
