Malt Types
Hello,
I just made a recipe from scratch and am looking to get some ingredients. I was wondering if Breiss Light Unhopped Extract is the same as a generic light liquid extract. I just wanted to check before I preceded with the brew.
Thanks

Here is a link to the Breiss web site and their malt extracts:

Is it the same as "generic"? Most light extracts are certainly similar, but the specific malts and their origin produce some differences in the product.
