License expired?

Post by creoguy »

I notice tonight that my "Enter License Key..." was still showing up. The program works fine but when I try and enter my key in again it says that the license key has expired. I've try this on both the original 1.0.14 and 1.0.16 update with the same error. Most programs in my experience have removed the "Enter License Key..." from the menu once the program is registered.

Please send me your license key so I can see if it is a valid key.

Hi Jeff,
I've had to resurrect some of my home computers and when I tried to reinstall BTP I also get a key expired message.

Are we not able to reinstall at a later date as needed?

Thanks, Kevin

Are you able to create a new key in your personal download manager?
