Happy to announce that the Wee Heavy that has rested in my basement for over a year is even better today!

I brewed "Naked Beneath the Kilt" on OCT 16 2004.
It fermented for 200 days in 3 fermenters.
I bottled it on May 14 2005.

I will have to brew another batch of this for Christmas 2010!

I have to tell somebody when I get something right.
