Crack

Post by dartedplus »

I just cracked open my 2nd bottle of B'wine, well actually its a wheat wine. It still seems to me, for my tastes, to be a little over hopped. But after just a couple of sips, whoooooaaaaahhh, its pretty fine. The little devil is 10 months old, but could use a good bit more aging for the hops to start degrading and becoming a bit more subtle. But !@#$ if I wont sleep well tonight!!!!!

Clean?

Was the it as clean and clear(for the style) as your other examples? From your water, I would bet you have to add Burton type salts for something that heavy. No?

No Salt Please

I didnt add any Burton salts to it, but it is nice and clean, just a little hoppy for me right now, I'll let it mellow for a while longer.....maybe another couple of years. After cracking that one, I'm down to 15 bottles, so I dont think you'll be seeing one of these, but then again, you never know!!!
