On tour WIT Freon

Someone once said "moving sucks". Amen.
The brewery is in limbo and the last conri is running low, the light is getting dim now, for now I must go.
The first beer at the new place will be, you guessed it, Wit. But with a twist.
The new Wit II from whitelabs will be available in July about the time I will test the new water source.(Hope it's softer).
See you all at beertools later--Drink one for me.

I did it last year(move that is), but boy I am happy with the water. It makes a big difference. I cant believe you didnt brew enough to get you by until you could brew again. Or were you just kidding about that last corni thing???
