Well, someone has beat Hardcore to the punch on his ice bottle idea.

I have seen the answer at a food equipment place in the form of a food grade plastic bottle shaped like an "X" to give the outside more surface area more than the 2 liter by twice.
(That's 50% more in Rio Linde)

Inside is a blue gooey substance that can be frozen with minimal exspantion so the bottle can be full.
