Hi,
I am following the Bavarian Dunkleweizen recipe on beertools.com. So far so good. This is my first all grain, so I am being extra careful with this one.
Are there any special priming requirement for a dunkleweizen? Or should I just follow the standard 3/4 cup of corn sugar per 5 gallon batch?
Just in case it helps:
OG: 1.045
Gravity @ transfer to secondary (4 days in primary): 1.017
TG: TBD, still fermenting in secondary
Thanks in advance

3/4 of a cup should be fine
How's your gravity? anything over .015 I would question. If it's less than that I'd just bottle the friggin' !@#$!
