I'm an intermediate brewer from Seattle and I'm looking to learn more of the technical aspects of making beer. I've been reading books, but there's only so much to be gained from the words. Where would a good place to go or who would be a good person to talk to in order to learn more? I go to school in Chicago, so a similar guide in the Chicago area would be useful as well. Thanks!

check out siebel institute. go to the goose island brewery, they all do internships and stuff there... i think. anyways, there are plenty of brewerys in chi that you can go to.
