methanol content from potatoes
I know malasses produces very little methanol, and grapes produce alot but how much methanol does fermenting potatoes produce?

Vodka
Are you distilling?
Bad bill, bad.
I don't know that I have seen a beer that includes potatoes. Mushroom yes, Potatoe, no.
As for methanol, it would be more of a function of yeast and fermentation tempreture than source of converted sugar unless you are in fact steam column distilling.
