Feedback on some recipes
A lot of times I will add a recipe to the library before I've made it. I just wanted to let you all know how a couple of them have turned out. Blue Eyed Blonde is a blueberry pale ale that to date is one of my favorites. I only used 4 of the 5 oz. of the blueberry flavoring though. Also, "Let the good times roll" has turned out better than I imagined. Its under the experimental section, but it drinks like a belgian strong ale. To the ingerdient list I added 2 cups of corn sugar for brewing and one for priming. At close to 8% its a good sippin beer. Have a great day, and enjoy some homebrew!!!
