What went wrong? Was this supposed to happen? Should I throw it out? What do I do now?
I just made a California Common all-grain batch with White Labs San Francisco Lager Yeast. After 24 hrs. it is fermenting nicely but it smells like it has rotten eggs in it. Do you think this is somewhat normal?

Lager yeasts typically prroduce a lot of sulphur, so don't worry. I use California Lager yeast from Wyeast, and it is stanky!
