Mackeson XXX Clone?

My girlfriend tasted the ambrosia otherwise known as Mackeson's XXX Stout and quickly developed an obsession! Does anyone have a clone style recipe for this fine nectar?

I would make the following change, omit the 1/4 and 3/4# of the dark malts and substitute 1# of carafa III. this is a dark malt that is dehusked and will eliminate some of the bitterness that you sometimes get from dark grains. I think you can find it at
