Mild Brown Ale recipe
Hello All! Last night at my local homebrew club's monthly meeting, I won first place with a recipe I created here at Beertools.com. The brew is called Poor Tom's Mild Brown Ale. It is highly unusual for low gravity/low alcohol brews to do well at my club. The membership seems to prefer bigger beers. I design all my recipes here and have won first place at my club four times in the last year, and second place once. look at you go with the names. I could rename the rauchbier I just bottled today. I think I need to start being a little more creative with the names

Zep Fan
Hey, I'm a Zep Fan too. Don't think Page and Plant should have tried the "reunion type tour" They should have listened to Niel Young's better to burn out than to fade away. They still rock, but they ain't Zep.
Anyway, what Amber Extract are you using. I used to get Breiss malt, but then they took it off the market to change containers. Your Red Zeplin is close to an amber "harp lager" that I made. It was great, now I have to find a substitute for the Breiss.

I'm starting to get dazed and confused
maybe a little "dazed and confused barleywine" would help me, "candy store bock" would be nice. "in the light pale ale" for those with a lighter palate
