I use a mix of Arauner and Vierka (both are dry) with good results. They seem to like a primary in the low to mid 50's producing smooth lagers after 4 weeks. No diacetyl or sulfur notes that I've experienced.

Thanks for the reply. I've never heard of these brands before. Who sells them?
