Lager Yeast Recommendation
I'm looking for an all around good lager yeast (dry or liquid) that doesn't pump out a lot of sulfur or diacetyl so that I can minimize aging time required to volatilize these compounds. Any favorites?

Superior dry lager yeast
It is from Australia, and it is very clean. I think it comes in a 7 gram packet, so you may want to use 2 packets or use it in a starter. I have used one packet with good results and no contamination, but I am also extra careful and liberal with the one step sanitizer.
