Old Fart Knocker
Try O.F.K. in the Strong Scotch Ale category of the recipe library.
I should have put it under Scottish Heavy.
Steep the grains in 3qts. 160 degree brewing water for 45 minutes. Sparge with 3 more qts. 160 degree water into your brew kettle, top up with more water and start your boil.

Scottish Heavy Recipe?
I am trying to find a good extract recipe for a nice tasting but strong scottish heavy. If anyone has one they would like to share it would be much appreciated. Thanks
